The Vermont Catholic Worker is an effort by local Catholics, dedicated to promoting and performing the Works of Mercy in and around our local community.
The work we do is motivated by the principles of our Catholic faith, to love God and love our neighbor. We have no official or institutional ties to the Catholic Church.
We are not a registered corporate entity; we don’t seek government funding or tax incentives, only the goodwill donations of those who support our work.
At present the Vermont Catholic Worker is looking for a permanent location to establish a House of Hospitality. In the meantime, we are doing what we can to serve our community.
We meet weekly, Tuesday evenings at 6:00pm in the downstairs parish hall at Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church at 7415 Williston Road in Williston, Vermont. Come join us!
